The trial of a Perry County woman charged with murder and reckless driving is rescheduled for September.
The Hazard Herald reports that the attorney for 31-year-old Felicia Abner requested to postpone the trial which was set for July 30th.
Abner was driving near Bonnyman when she allegedly lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a utility pole, killing her three-year-old nephew.
Prosecutors say she was under the influence.
The new date is set for September 24th.
