Two enter pleas in bribery case

Two people accused of trying to bribe a commonwealth's attorney have entered pleas.

Investigators say Dormus Dalton and Virginia Hampton took part in the scheme that targeted Pulaski County Commonwealth's Attorney Eddy Montgomery.

According to the Attorney General's office, Dalton pleaded guilty in the case while Hampton entered an Alford Plea.

Dalton received ten-years in prison.

Hampton will be on probation for two-years.
