HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - Two men are behind bars after police found child pornography.
The Harlan Daily reports 63 year old William Helton and 25 year old John Phillips are charged in unrelated cases involving the possession and distribution of child porn.
Helton was arrested at the Black Mountain Utility District Water Plant, where he is an employee.
