Two men involved in fatal crash have been indicted

Two men involved in a wreck that killed a Breathitt County woman have been indicted on charges related to activities before the wreck happened.

James Mace and Johnathan Crider were allegedly stealing copper prior to the wreck back in May.

Police say the two then ran from the scene, hopped into a car, sped away along Route 114 in Floyd County and hit 63 year old Brenda Montgomery head on.

After the crash police found that mace was an escaped inmate.
