Two people arrested after police find rolling meth lab

Two people are behind bars after deputies say they found a rolling meth lab inside their truck!

BEAR BRANCH, Ky. (WYMT)- Two people are behind bars after deputies say they found a rolling meth lab inside their truck!

Deputies with the Leslie County Sheriff's Office tell us they were looking for a truck driving recklessly around 8:00 Thursday night on Sun Valley Lane in the Bear Branch Community.

When they came across the truck, they say Timothy Wilkins took off on foot. Deputies later found him hiding behind a tree with meth making materials in a bag.

When deputies searched the truck, they found an active meth lab that deputies says was actually still smoking!

Jamie Bowling of Florida was also arrested.

The KSP Hazmat Team was called to neutralize the meth lab.

Both are facing meth related charges.
