Two people are now behind bars charged with murder in Harlan County in the death of 58-year-old Stephen Gibson.
Gibson was found dead inside his home on Friday.
These two arrests were made around 11 this morning.
One suspect was arrested earlier in the week but now he is back in jail.
Tim Turner and Rachel Osborne are now at the Harlan County Detention Center.
State police have charged them with first degree murder, robbery, and kidnapping.
They believe the two are responsible for the death of 58-year old Stephen Gibson, who was found dead in his Harlan home last week.
“She played a big part in this, can't get into any details but she has been implicated in the crime,” Detective Kenny Abner said.
The detective is referring to Rachel Osborne. She is a relative of the victim.
