Two accused of murder are indicted

Two people accused of murdering a man are indicted by a Harlan County grand jury!

Tim Turner and Rachel Osborne are charged with the June murder of 58-year-old Stephen Gibson.

Officials say a special judge will be appointed after Judge Russell Alred recused himself.

A trial date has not been set.
