Two charged with trading truck for baby

Sheriff's deputies have arrested two people, investigators say, traded a truck for a baby.

According to the Laurel County Sheriff's Office, Jamie and Jeremy Brown gave the truck to Heather Kaminskey, 30, in January in exchange for her newborn son.

Investigators say Kaminskey later sold the truck for $800 and meth.

Investigators learned about the trade after Kaminskey tried to sell the truck. They tell us Kaminskey could be Florida, but they're working to get warrants against her.

Jamiee and Jeremy Brown are charged with human trafficking. Investigators say the baby was well taken care of, the Browns just went about getting him the wrong way.

Neighbors of the Browns say they talked to Kaminskey on the phone Thursday night. They say she's devastated about what's happened, and she wants to come back to Kentucky.
