One arrested, one wanted for school break-in

Kentucky State Police say two people have been arrested for breaking into the Manchester Elementary School on north US 421 in Clay County. Police say the two entered the school illegally, caused property damage and removed several items including an undisclosed amount of cash.

A detective was able to identify the two male suspects through surveillance video from the school. State police arrested David Howard, 18, of Manchester on the charges of burglary 3rd, theft by unlawful taking over $500.00 and criminal mischief 1st. Police say additional arrests are pending.
