The two were arrested in Corbin after the Laurel County Sheriff's Office found stolen items in their car.
One of the suspects has already bonded out of jail, but the other suspect is still in the Laurel County Detention Center, and says she had nothing to do with the stolen items found in the car.
Rindy Flanary admits that she was stealing from the Walmart in Corbin on Tuesday night, but she is not sure why she is now sitting in jail on receiving stolen property charges.
"I took a jacket and some pants and stuff, and when I walked out the door they just bum rushed me," said Flanary.
The Laurel County Sheriff's Office was then called to Walmart where Flanary and a second suspect Sarah Daniels were being held for shoplifting.
"While conducting that investigation and checking the suspects vehicle out, they found some of what they thought was reported stolen property," said Gilbert Acciardo with the Laurel County Sheriff's Office.
Police say they found $500 worth of stolen merchandise in the suspects car which she allegedly stole from belk, but flannery she had nothing to do with that.
"She said she swore a statement saying that I had nothing to do with the Belks, and that it was all her. And I'm getting charged with it," said Flanary.
She says she did not have a reason to be shoplifting at Walmart.
Both of the women are from the Middlesboro area.
Sarah Daniels was charged with theft and receiving stolen property, and Rindy Flanary was only charged with receiving stolen property.
