Two people are in jail in Somerset charged with an Easter Sunday armed robbery.
32 year old Roger Dale Lanter Junior and his wife, 19 year old Sarah Lanter, were arrested just after 6:30 Monday evening at their home on Kentucky 1247 in Eubank.
Police say on April 24th, Sarah Lanter, an employee of the Midtown Express-Mart Marathon reported that an armed man entered the store and demanded money. Officials say surveillance video showed Sarah Lanter knew about the plot to rob the store and that the robber was actually her husband.
Both are being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
The case will be presented to a grand jury.
