UPDATE: Ichthus will return in new location

JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT/WKYT) - Good news for lovers of the country's oldest Christian music festival.

Late last year, Ichthus officials announced the event would close after 42 years due to mounting debt and decreased attendance.

We're now told the festival will return next year in a new location.

There is also a possibility of a one day event this fall.
