The area at the greatest risk for severe weather in eastern Kentucky is in the Cumberland Valley, near the I-75 corridor. Keep it locked here for updates.
The USPS will begin consolidating and closing dozens of mail processing plants this week.

The agency also says it's reducing the size of its workforce.
It offered buyouts and retirement packages for 21,000 postmasters as well as 45,000 mail handlers.
