HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - There will not be a strike at the Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center.

United Steel Workers sent a strike notice earlier this month saying if no agreement was reached by midnight on October 31st, they could go on strike.

Negotiators reached an agreement last week and the union members ratified the new contract during a vote on Monday.
