WISE, Va. (WYMT/WJHL) - The University of Virginia Board of Visitors has scheduled a special meeting to elect a chancellor for U.Va.'s College at Wise.
The meeting is set for Friday morning at the David J. Prior Convocation Center on the Wise campus.
Prior, the college's seventh chancellor, died last February at age 68. He had been chancellor since 2006.
U.Va. says no public comment will be taken at Friday's meeting.
