Volunteer fire dept. president cleared of drug charges

A Letcher County man accused of trafficking cocaine is cleared of the charges against him.

The Mountain Eagle reports the grand jury declined to indict 73-year-old Buddy Sexton.

Sexton is the President of the Sandlick Volunteer Fire Department.

He was arrested in early November when police found close to three ounces of cocaine and pills in his truck.
