Owsley County voters approve alcohol sales

OWSLEY COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT/WYMT) - Owsley County voters have decided to go wet.

Voters approved alcohol sales by a close vote of 632 to 518.

Officials say this was the first wet-dry vote in the county in about five years.

The fiscal court will now set the ordinances relating to alcohol sales.
