Voters look to a higher power to block alcohol vote

Voters in one eastern Kentucky city are appealing to a higher power in hopes of blocking an alcohol vote.

Some churchgoers in West Liberty plan to use prayer to swing an upcoming wet-dry vote.

People living there will vote on whether alcohol sales should be allowed on January 22nd.

Church members plan to hold a prayer rally on the lawn of Index Community Church.

They hope their rally will change some minds.
