CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -
The West Virginia Attorney General's office is asking residents to report any incidents of price gouging related to a chemical spill in Charleston.
The office has opened a tipline that residents can call to report price gouging. The tipline number is 800-368-8808. Residents also can report price gouging on the office's Facebook and Twitter sites.
Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says price gouging isn't limited to water and ice. He says it also could apply to hand sanitizer, baby wipes, disposable plates and silverware and other household products.
