Water project moving forward

After a heated debate between board members, the connection of water systems in the Tri-Cities of Harlan County is moving forward.

This comes after officials from the city of Lynch argued they would not be given equal representation if the chairman did not have the right to vote. Officials with the board voted unanimously to allow the chairman the right to vote and said they do not think the meeting will have any lasting repercussions on the project.
