Rockholds, Ky. Students at Whitley North Elementary School heard from professionals in a variety of fields Friday.
It was part of a career fair held by the school, capping off a week of activities there.
Students in third through sixth grades attended. Though that might seem early to some, organizers said getting students thinking about their futures early is important.
"We want them exposed as early as possible in their school career so they know where to focus their studies when they get older, and just to show them what's available when they get grown," said coordinator Sandra Bradley.
WYMT's Mitchell Grogg also presented at the fair and talked about working as a reporter.
