Flooding has been reported in Big Creek in Perry County and War Creek and Breathitt County. Heavy rain will continue over the next few ours and will continue the flooding threat. If you live in a flood prone area, be ready to move to higher ground and do not attempt to cross flooded roadways.

Wife of constable expected to plead guilty

The wife of a Clay County constable accused of illegally selling pain pills is expected to plead guilty.

Police arrested Jennifer Roberts and her husband Jack "The Tireman" Roberts in July after they both allegedly sold pills to an informant.

The Lexington Herald Leader reports Jennifer Roberts' attorney filed a motion this week seeking a hearing for her to admit guilt.

Jack Roberts is scheduled to go on trial next week.
