Winchester Appointed Circuit Judge

A new judge has been appointed in eastern kentucky.
Paul K. Winchester has been appointed as Circuit Judge in the 34th Judicial Circuit for Whitley and McCreary Counties.
He has most recently served as the First Assistant for the 34th Judicial District Commonwealth's Attorney.
Winchester is the former Whitley County Attorney and will fill the seat vacated after Judge Paul Braden's death.
