VICCO, Ky. (WYMT) - One woman is in the hospital after a six-car wreck Wednesday in Perry County.
Authorities said the woman was driving on Highway-15 South in Vicco when she skidded off the roadway while making a turn.
Her car collided with two others parked at a nearby gas station, causing one of them to roll into oncoming traffic.
"And in that process it hit several vehicles in the parking lot area at Ramey's BP," Perry County Deputy Shawn White said. "It did knock one vehicle across the road, doing a large amount of damage to vehicles, also knocking a power pole down."
The woman's car and another truck had to be towed away, but the other vehicles sustained only minor damages.
A log truck was parked on the side of the road at the time of the accident. It received some minor damage, but White said it was not a factor in the crash.
The woman's name has not been released. We'll update this story as more details become available.
