WYMT Severe Weather Alert

We're tracking the possibility of more storms rolling through today, with some of them being strong to severe. The Storm Prediction Center has the entire area under a slight risk for severe weather through this evening. The main threats at this point look to be wind and hail. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as needed.

Woman arrested after drug investigation

A Laurel County woman is behind bars following a drug investigation.

State Police went to a home on Cox Lane and found 36 grams of marijuana, dozens of pills and drug paraphernalia.

Kayla D. Steely of London is facing several drug related charges.

She is being held in the Laurel County Detention Center.
