She just wanted to help someone who was "down on his luck," but a Pulaski county woman now believes a man she hired to work at her business took advantage of her.

She says some expensive items have disappeared from her home, including her sister's car.

"Last night he said he needed a place to stay so I said he could stay at our place," explains Tina Taylor. "When I woke up this morning everything was missing. My camera, my 42" television, my sister's car ... everything."

Taylor is now looking for answers as well as the man she went out on a limb to help. "I believe everyone deserves a second chance and I wanted to give him one. Just out of the goodness of my heart I tired to give a young man a chance to change his life and in return he took everything from me."

Somerset Police are investigating the theft. They are looking for a 2002 silver Grand Prix with a Pisces license plate and tinted windows.
