A Laurel County woman, accused in a murder-for-hire plot, was back in court Tuesday.
Police say Amber Hursey plotted to kill her husband earlier this month.
Officials say she had gone as far to hire someone to commit the act.
Instead, the hired hitman told James Hursey about the plot.
The case is now headed to the grand jury.
