Woman will be allowed to return to her apartment

All parties have agreed to allow the woman facing charges for having a monkey to stay in her apartment, at least for now.

Tamela Collins bought a monkey as a service animal for her autistic son.

She says she didn't know it's against the law to have a monkey in Kentucky.

She was also evicted for having a pet.

The agreement allows Collins to stay in her apartment, pending the outcome of her appeal of the eviction.
