One neighbor said it sounded like target practice was going on outside his window.

"I was sitting in my recliner watching TV. I was about half asleep. I heard gunshots, about 30 rounds. I didn't know what was going on. Dogs were barking. I looked out and didn't see nothing. Then I looked out up the hill and saw all the police cars. Then I didn't know what was going on and I finally got a call of people saying that somebody had gotten shot or was shooting at the police," said Charley Funk, a neighbor.

"Nothing like that's ever happened around here. I never did think in a million years that would happen here," Funk said.

Police say Blair was shot multiple times and Officer Wilson was not injured.
