ARH Replacement Nurse Victim Of Vandalism

Updated: 11/09/2007 - It happened in Loyall in Harlan County where the woman's pickup truck had its tired slashed and the word scab "spray" painted on its side. Police are also investigating another case from overnight in the Elcomb community of Harlan County where another woman experienced the same type of vandalism to her car. Police are investigating both cases.
