Rand Paul: Primary now between Ron Paul, Romney

MURRAY, Ky. (AP) - U.S. Sen. Rand Paul has been in western
Kentucky for a town hall the day after his father was runner-up in
the New Hampshire Republican presidential primary.
Paul, R-Ky., talked about the need for Democrats and Republicans
to work together in Congress and addressed a list of more local
issues in Kentucky.
About 200 people filled a meeting room at the CFSB Center on
Murray State University's campus Wednesday.
Paul says he's impressed by the campaign of his father, Rep. Ron
Paul of Texas, and says he believes the Republican presidential
race is now between him and former Masschusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.
Paul says his father has strong independent support that would
make him a tough candidate in the fall.
Rand Paul is scheduled to appear Thursday in Louisville.
