Kentucky's Leger Suspended For Music City Bowl; Burton Doubtful

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Kentucky's high-powered offense will be
lacking its top lineman and likely also its top receiver when the
Wildcats face Florida State in the Music City Bowl.

Coach Rich Brooks listed senior receiver Keenan Burton "highly
doubtful" for Monday's game because of a knee injury and announced
senior guard Jason Leger has been suspended for the game for an
undisclosed violation of team rules.

Leger started 10 of the 12 regular season games. He was selected
by Kentucky coaches as the team's top offensive lineman this year
and was twice elected the Southeastern Conference lineman of the
week.

Brooks declined to say the nature of Leger's violation or if
occurred while the team was in Nashville preparing for the
Seminoles.

In Leger's absence, Brooks said Zipp Duncan would likely start
at right guard with Christian Johnson starting at left guard.
