LEXINGTON Ky. (WYMT) - The Kentucky Wildcats looked solid in their win over Marshall Saturday. But John Calipari says they still have a lot to work on before their game with Louisville this Saturday.
One player he saw improvement from was guard Ryan Harrow. Harrow ended the day with a game high 23 points and added four assists and 3 steals to his stat line.
"Here is what I told him. When he's playing the right way with aggressiveness, talking to his teammates, that look in his eye, he's as good as anybody in the country right now." said Calipari. "I'm looking around at point guards, he's fine. That other guy - you ready - the cool guy, he's not very good. The guy that runs in and gets bumped and falls on the floor, throws the ball, that guy is not very good. That other guy we saw? Spurts today, just play that way. Every minute you're on the court, play that way."
Up next for the Cats; they will hit the road this Saturday for a match-up with in-state rival and fourth ranked Louisville. Tip off of the game is set for 4pm, with coverage of the game on WYMT.
