Former Kentucky QB Woodson named MSU WRs coach

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WYMT) - Former UK quarterback Andre Woodson is heading to Morehead State to join the staff of Rob Tenyer. Woodson will coach receivers, it will be his first job as an assistant coach.

Last season Woodson served as a graduate assistant at UK, working with the Wildcat offense. Playing at Kentucky from 2004-07, Woodson threw for 9,360 yards and 79 touchdowns. In 2006, he led the cats to an 8-5 record and thier first bowl trip in 22 years, a victory over Clemson in the Music CityBowl.
