WYMT received a visit from the Harlan Green Dragons Thursday while conducting interviews for the DQ Grill and Chill Pigskin Preview show. After a 6-5 finish in 2011, The team loses a top playmaker in Vince Bianchi and two linemen, Dylan Chasteen and Christian Turbyfill. However, head coach J.B. Donahue says he will count on this year's seniors to take his team to the next level.
"We graduate three kids but we have a very big senior class coming back. I think we've got 13 seniors coming on the roster. A lot of skill. A lot of athleticism in that class," Donahue says. "I think a lot of high expectations have been put on those guys and I think they're read to make their mark."
Harlan begins its 2012 season at home at August 17th vs. Pikeville.
