High school basketball preview: Harlan Co. Lady Black Bears

BAXTER Ky. (WYMT) - The Lady Black Bears of Harlan County enter the 2012-13 season with a chip on their shoulder after being eliminated from the region finals by Clay County last season.

With that loss still fresh on their minds, the Lady Black Bears will now use it as a learning experience, and hope to grow from it in 2012.
