LOST CREEK Ky. (WYMT) - As we continue with our DQ Grill and Chill countdown to tip off we sit down with the Riverside Christian Lady Rams.

Under first year head coach Cassie Carter last season, the Rams were a team still learning the ropes. But, with another year under their belt, for the coaching staff and the players, everyone is ready to take the next step.

"We are moving forward from the basics of basketball into, alright lets get deeper", said head coach Cassie Carter. "Let's improve on our plays. Lets do some more three point shooting. Lets get stronger in these areas so we are much more of a threat"

"We are young. I can tell that they have good potential. If they keep improving and shooting and rebounding. Defensive, offensive, they will be really good players in a few years", said forward Jamie Napier.

"Well, I have seen that they are working really hard. And they have really good potential. Some of them are really good shooters already. So, it's going to be good after they practice some more", said guard Katie Haddix.
