He is number one his is class. Fox says he is excited to play D-I basketball, and he hopes to motivate his peers to aim high when setting goals.

"When I went on my visits there, I went up there like two or three times. You have to see it for yourself. When I went up there there really wasn't any turning back. I couldn't say no first from the academic standpoint, it's D-I college ball, plus I'll get to be an army officer, so with that I couldn't say no. It's an extremely big honor. I'm just happy to be a role model to the younger kids and my fellow classmates and it gives this town hope that they can do something bigger and better with their life." said Jordan Fox.
