Ohio running back commits to Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WYMT) - Kentucky football coach Mark Stoops and his staff picked up their third commitment in the class of 2014 Saturday afternoon.

Four-star running back Mikel Horton out of Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio has committed to the Wildcats, choosing the Big Blue over Florida State and Vanderbilt. Horton is rated the No. 22 running back in the class of 2014 by Rivals.com. Horton was in attendance for last weekend's Blue-White Spring Game. He plans to graduate high school in December and enroll at Kentucky next January.
