Whitley Co. Colonels prepare to travel to Pulaski Co. on Friday night

The Whitley County Colonels face the Pulaski County Maroons in a Class 5A second round matchup, and head coach Jim Black says the Maroons have plenty of skill on both sides of the ball, which will present a challenge in Pulaski County on Friday night.

"Offensively, they're a very explosive team. A lot of wide open stuff. They've got a great quarterback, a great running back," says Black. "Some nice receivers. Defensively, they're very aggressive. They like to come at you slant and angle, so it's going to be a very difficult task on Friday night."
