Wildcats concentrating on improving, not Louisville

LEXINGTON Ky. (WYMT) - As a team progresses through a season, players will start to resemble the personality of their head coach.

As we get closer to the game between the Kentucky Wildcats and the fourth ranked Louisville Cardinals, the more the players sound exactly like John Calipari. They know they will be in for a good game on Saturday, but they are more worried about themselves than they are Louisville.

"I have seen a couple of games. You know, they are a good team. They are very athletic team, well coached team", said forward Alex Poythress. "You know, they have great guards and size. It will be a great game."

"We are just going to play our game. That is all I have to say about the Louisville guys", said guard Ryan Harrow. "As long as well play our game we will be alright. I haven't even seen them play this year. I'm just worried about our team and how we are improving."

The Wildcats will be back in action as they hit the road this Saturday for a match-up with in state rival and fourth ranked Louisville. Tip off of the game is set for 4pm, with coverage of the game on WYMT and WYMT.com.

The Wildcats will look to improve to 9-3 on the season.
