UK Hoops wraps up homestand Thursday with Lipscomb

Posted: 11/20/2013 - The seventh-ranked Kentucky women’s basketball team concludes its three-game homestand on Thursday, Nov. 21, with a matchup vs. Lipscomb at 7 p.m. ET in Memorial Coliseum. UK will look to improve to 5-0 for the first time since 2011-12 and fourth time under head coach Matthew Mitchell. Posted: 11/19/2013 - After opening the season with a pair of victories, the Lincoln Memorial University men's basketball team moved to No. 13 in the first official NABC/Division II Coaches Poll of the 2013-14 campaign, which was unveiled by officials with the National Association of Basketball Coaches on Tuesday. In the process, the Railsplitters extended their South Atlantic Conference record streak to 43-consecutive weeks ranked in the national poll, the third-longest active streak in the country trailing only West Liberty (WV) and Bellarmine (KY).
