The Lincoln Memorial University men's basketball squad remained at No.13 in this week's poll, officials with the National Association of Basketball Coaches announced on Tuesday, extending its South Atlantic Conference record streak to 57-consecutive weeks ranked.

Lady Railsplitters welcome Anderson, 13th-ranked Railsplitters host Wingate for Quarterfinals of 2014 Food Lion SAC Championship

Posted: 03/04/2014 - For the first time since Lincoln Memorial University jumped from the Gulf South Conference to the South Atlantic Conference prior to the 2006-07 campaign, both the men's and women's basketball teams will host their quarterfinal match-ups for the Food Lion SAC Championship at Tex Turner Arena. The first-round draws are scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 with the Lady Railsplitters welcoming Anderson and the Railsplitters entertaining Wingate.

Posted: 03/04/2014 - Three University of Kentucky women’s basketball players were honored by the Southeastern Conference on Tuesday, as junior point guard Jennifer O’Neill and senior forward DeNesha Stallworth were named to the All-SEC Second Team, while O’Neill also earned Co-6th Player of the Year with South Carolina’s Alaina Coates. Freshman guard Linnae Harper was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team.
