The 2014 class includes former UK student-athletes Keith Bogans (men’s basketball), Pat Etcheberry (track and field athlete/coach, also strength and conditioning coach), Marty Moore (football), Passion Richardson (track and field athlete/coach), Terry Shumpert (baseball) and Sarah Witten (women’s tennis). The honorees also will be introduced at halftime of Saturday’s football game vs. Vanderbilt.

UK Athletics begins 2015 football seat selection process

Posted: 09/25/2014 - UK Athletics has announced it will begin the seat selection process for 2015 football season tickets starting Monday, Oct. 6. Current football season ticket holders will be selecting new seat locations online using a Virtual Venue of the new Commonwealth Stadium. Ticket holders will access the selection process through their online ticket account and may select from any available seat locations throughout the stadium.

Posted: 09/25/2014 - The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men and Women’s Bowling programs opened their 2014-2015 season this past weekend in the UNOH Racers Kickoff Classic in Lima, Ohio. The Patriot ladies faced a lot of NCAA talent in this tournament including teams from Notre Dame University, Morehead State University and national championship runner-up Urbana University. The men faced numerous teams as well including the University of Cincinnati, Bowling Green State, Bellarmine University, and the University of Louisville. From the Mid-South Conference (MSC), the men also faced the University of Pikeville.
