Calipari signs new contract with Kentucky

Updated: 06/05/2014 - University of Kentucky men's basketball coach John Calipari, who led the Wildcats to the school's 16th NCAA Final Four appearance last season, has been rewarded with a new seven-year contract, UK Director of Athletics Mitch Barnhart announced Thursday. Lady Cavaliers announce inaugural recruiting class

Posted: 06/05/2014 - Coach Meghan Dennehy announced the first signing class in the history of the women’s lacrosse program at UVa-Wise on Thursday. The first-year program which will begin play next spring has signed nine players from five states, including five from the state of Virginia. In total, the initial class is represented by residents of Florida, Illinois, Georgia and Texas, in addition to Virginia. Current UVa-Wise student Caitlin Cantrell, a junior administration of justice major from Norton, Virginia will also be joining the team for the inaugural season
