sexual association with children is a mental illness formed from childhood experiences such as rape & torture...I was raped many times at 5 years old, and raped and tortured for years after that until age 14. This formed in me a sexual attraction towards children...this will make sense to people who understand the psychology of sexual boundary/trust violation in a child. Pedophile urges are a symptom of a disease - we need treatment. I am 12 stepping my urges to visit child porn Internet sites - I cannot bear the torment of it any longer - I am surrendering to God for help and so far I am doing well. God Bless

Let's just ban anyone who posts ridiculous comments under the name Anonymous. Heck..everything is okay. It's all good. Can I get a Hell Yeah from you, Mr. Anonymous?

Heck...let's just ban everything. If we ban everything, then no one will be upset about anything. Not only should we ban certain sites at the library, we should just ban libraries. I bet libraries contain books you don't like. Banning libraries would get ride of those tastless books. While we're at it, let's just ban books too. If we ban all the books too, you won't have to worry whether or not your children see something you dislike. Personally, I think we should just ban children too. (I hate the little critters, personally).

He was probably just doing research. Right? Possibly a university can give him a grant to continue after he gets out of jail.

This is what our society is coming to.We allow our children to be exposed to such filth. Why can't these sites be eliminated. We need to eliminate the site and work on the predators. We put them in jail and they are released and placed on a list and generally do what they want from there. Our laws are not strong enough to take care of this problem.

Take him to the nearest veterian and have him put down.

You can hardly blame the library for this, no association would be able to keep track of all the child porn sites.

Check if the library allows unfiltered access to the Internet and if the library allows this because it is following American Library Association dictates. If so, consider bring suit against the American Library Association and the library. At a minimum, the community should become aware such crimes may continue until all computers are filtered to help prevent future occurrences. Do not trust the ALA for advice - it sidesteps US v. ALA to ensure libraries remain unfiltered.

Well what else would you expect! The fact that he's viewing child pornography to begin with says a lot about his IQ.
