LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- A federal judge has sentenced an eastern Kentucky man to 33 months in federal prison in connection with vote buying in the 2006 primary.

Federal Judge Joseph Hood sentenced 55-year-old Charles "Chuck" Hart of Salt Lick in Bath County on Monday. Hart was found guilty last June of obstruction of justice, vote buying and making false statements to federal agents.

Evidence at Hart's trial indicated he attempted to contact jurors in his case and in another case. He was also convicted of lying to the FBI during the investigation into the jury tampering and of buying votes of two BathCounty voters in the May 2006 primary.

Doesn't it have for Deposit only on the back of the check? Why doesnt she have it automatically deposited? That would keep this from happening. Like the old saying goes "Keep your enimies close, but keep your friends closer", meaning your friends will stab you in the back where as your enimies will do it to your face.
