An Eastern Kentucky cafe is selling alcohol again after the owner was accused of serving drinks to minors, among other charges.

The mayor of Whitesburg says the Starlite Cafe owner, Anthony Cowden, got his city license to sell alcohol back after appearing in court Friday. The mayor says on top of the court fines, the city decided to add some rules of its own. To make sure the owner obeys them, the mayor says law enforcement officers stop by several times a day.
