Man Charged With Animal Cruelty Appears Before Judge
43 year old David Miniard has pleaded not guilty to the charges and the case is expected to go to trial.

A Leslie County man charged with four counts of animal cruelty went before a judge Wednesday.
43 year old David Miniard has pleaded not guilty to the charges and the case is expected to go to trial. Miniard's attorney says a trial date was set for April 23rd.
Police claim Miniard neglected close to a dozen horses in the Cutshin area of Leslie County, four of which died.
