My question is to the jailer, why if a man is wanted in VA, and is a fugitive from justice is allowed to work on work release. To the Harlan Co. Jailer, you should have drove the van up to the top of the mountain and let him out. I would NOT let anyone wanted for those charges on work release, but here the finger pointing will begin. It will be said the judge let him on it, the judge has no say, its the jailer.
